Lawn Installation and Repair

Are you in need of a new lawn? Or, do you require repairs to an established lawn?

When preparing for new lawns, we take the time to properly grade and prepare the soil for seed or sod. Even if construction ended a while ago and you have erosion and weeds, we can fix that too.

Once the soil preparation is complete, it is time for the grass. Whether it is seed or sod, we choose the grass varieties and cultivars that are right for your location and intended use. Our experience ensures that it’s installed right, providing you with a uniform, dense, and healthy lawn to enjoy for many years.

For damaged lawns, we will develop a lawn care reapir program and follow-on maintenance schedule that will improve the health and vitality of your lawn in a relatively short period of time.

Lawn Maintenance

The first approach to having a healthy lawn is through a regularly scheduled mowing service. Our scheduled lawn maintenance program is the ideal solution for preventing problems and keeping your lawn and property looking in top-notch condition.

Lawn Maintenance typically starts in early April and runs thru November, usually every seven to ten days. Our weekly and semi-monthly service includes:

•   Mowing all turf areas to appropriate height depending on weather conditions and removing of clippings.
•   Mechanical edging of sidewalks, curbs, walls, fences, trees, walkways, driveways and any other objects
within or immediately adjacent to lawn area.
•   Removal of all clippings in mulch beds, on the walk ways, patio areas, or driveways.
Fertilization/Crabgrass-Broadleaf Weed-Pest Control

One of the more important things you can do to keep your lawn healthy is regular lawn fertilization. We conduct a lawn inspection and make program recommendations customized to meet the needs of your lawn. These may include lawn fertilizers, weed control applications, soil analysis, and if necessary, targeted lawn care treatments for insects, grubs, and grass diseases.

grass Aeration and Dethatching

Excessive soil compaction and thatch blocks water and nutrients from reaching your grass’s roots, weakening your lawn, fostering insect growth, and festering lawn disease. Regular aeration and dethatching keeps your lawn thriving providing a healthy, noticeable difference in the spring and summer months.

lawn sprinkler Sprinkler Systems Installation and Maintenance

Lawn sprinkler systems come in all sizes, shapes and prices. The price of a lawn sprinkler system is dependent on the quality of materials and design features of the system. High quality materials and professional design can cost more up front but will produce dramatic savings in the long run in maintenance and water savings. We can help design the perfect sprinkler system for your lawn and landscape and help you choose the right product for your exact needs.
